Integrative Psychotherapy
As a holistic psychotherapist, I integrate brain-body approaches that honor the entirety of your human experience—emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. We’ll explore not only your beliefs, thoughts and emotions but also the sensations and wisdom held within your body. My work is rooted in a relational, trauma-informed and depth-focused framework.
I draw on a range of evidence-based and experiential therapeutic approaches including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Parts Work (IFS informed)
- Comprehensive Resource Model for trauma healing (CRM)
- Somatic Awareness and Mindfulness Practices
- Depth-Oriented Therapy
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Reparenting/Inner Child Work
- Existential Inquiry and Spiritual Exploration
- Interpersonal Neurobiology
- Attachment Theory
- Feminist Psychology
Returning to Your True Self:
At the core of my practice is a commitment to helping you rediscover and reclaim the truth of who you are.
Many of us live according to conditioning (family, religious, cultural), patterns of behavior, or beliefs, that no longer or maybe never did reflect our authentic selves. In order to cope with the powerlessness and vulnerability as children we adapt and develop strategies to cope and survive. Through our work together, we’ll identify and release outdated defenses, allowing you to reconnect with the wisdom and clarity that have always existed within you.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good match for your needs and goals.
