When external events create feelings of instability, fear, or anxiety, they can trigger old wounds or bring unresolved personal experiences to the surface. Therapy provides a space to work through these responses, helping you understand the connections between what’s happening around you and what’s happening within you.

My work is directed toward creating deep, lasting change through research-based relational and body/brain processes. I view the therapeutic space as a sanctuary where we can acknowledge the discomfort of shifting ground and work together to find connection and trust within, leading to an increase in contentment, equanimity and an overall sense of well-being.
